On Dec 12th 2017, AQI-CWI Company held annual quality conference with the QA manager of one of its major clients.
In the quality meeting, the client expressed affirmation of AQI-CWI’s excellent quality this year and considered our company’s service more reliable and flexible than other competitors with more attention to customer requirements, and meanwhile expected to increase the quantity of inspections for the next year from our company.
AQI-CWI has analyzed suppliers’ quality control conditions during different inspection services in the past year, monthly rejection batches during inspection, and countermeasures for different problems in different factories.
AQI-CWI also hoped to establish better interaction with the client’s quality department so as to acquire in-depth understanding of client’s quality requirement and help the client’s better management and control of different suppliers’ production quality.
The client has also introduced the ever-increasing good sales of the company’s different brands in the market, as well as some challenges in terms of quality control, and would emphatically improve following aspects in the next year:
- 1. Suppliers evaluation
- 2. Output product quality control
- 3. Raw material quality control
- 4. Reliability laboratory testing
- 5. Logistics
Based on experience of brand inspection in the past four years, the client’s QA manager required AQI-CWI to continuously strengthen the quality control of suppliers’ output products, research products’ reliability testing, and assist its supply chain department for new work in suppliers’ evaluation.
At last, the client hoped to improve product quality to a new level with its quality department and supply chain department in the upcoming new year.
