Container Loading Inspection in India & Pakistan
Container loading inspection is a very important step in the delivery of your goods. Even a good quality product, if it is loaded incorrectly, can be poor quality or even unsalable when it arrives. You could also end up with another customer’s products, incorrect quantities, wet goods/gift boxes, or a wide variety of other defects directly related to poor loading conditions.
As Pre-shipment Inspection to make sure the factory manufacture correct products with your requirements, then a container loading inspection to make sure you receive your products and that they are in the same condition that they were when loading began.
During a Container Loading inspection, the inspector will:
Record information regarding the operation:
- Weather and arrival time of your container on site
- Container number and truck number
Randomly check the quality of your goods:
- Packing & Packaging
- Marking & Labeling
Check the quantity:
- Counting if the quantity matches your official documents
Check the inner & outer conditions of the container:
Supervise and check the loading process:
- Recording of the status of outer packaging (master carton/pallets)
Seal your container with:
- Customs’ seal
- PQC seal
Issue report and documents with all those information within 24H:
- PDF Report
- Paper report available
