Question – “What actually happens during my inspection?”
This is the part that gets skipped by inspectors who just show up and tick boxes. Here’s our actual process, start to finish.
We study YOUR specification – not a generic template
Before any inspector is assigned, our technical team reviews your product specs, purchase order, and quality requirements in detail, then builds a CUSTOM INSPECTION CHECKLIST for your exact product – covering function, appearance, dimensions, packaging, and labeling.
On-site checks against your checklist, with live feedback
Our inspector works through the checklist at the factory and UPDATES YOU ON FINDINGS THE SAME DAY – you’re not left waiting in the dark until the next business day to know if there’s a problem.
A QC SPECIALIST reviews the report before it reaches you
Every report is CAREFULLY REVIEWED BY A SENIOR INSPECTION SPECIALIST – not just the inspector who was on-site – to check findings are consistent, clearly explained, and properly classified by AQL before it’s sent to you.
Clear PHOTOS and VIDEOS at every inspection point
Your final report includes PHOTOS AND VIDEO EVIDENCE for each checklist item – so you can see exactly what the inspector saw, not just take our word for it.
This is the same process whether it’s your first order with us or your fiftieth – every product gets its own checklist, every report gets reviewed before it reaches you.
Question 2 – “What I’ll receive from your service?”
So you always know where to look, whether it’s your first inspection with us or your fiftieth.
Sample size and acceptance thresholds follow this internationally recognized statistical method, not an arbitrary headcount.
We read your requirements first and prepare a tailored inspection checklist, not a generic one.
Inspectors sign a legal agreement on compensation liability in the event of a quality incident, and bribery results in immediate termination.
We don’t begin checks while cartons are still in transit – this prevents factories from swapping inspected samples afterward.
This counters a common factory practice of placing higher-quality items on top, so your sample reflects the real shipment.
You hear about issues on the day of the inspection, not after a multi-day wait.
A senior QC specialist checks the report before it’s sent, with Pass / Pending / Fail and AQL-based defect classification.
You see exactly what the inspector saw, not just a written summary.
